About Me

Grace Scott is a highly skilled and versatile drummer with over 10 years of experience under her belt. From live performance and studio recording, to musical collaboration and instrument teaching, Grace has developed a deepened comprehension of a wide range of styles and techniques.

Having completed 7 years of private teaching and formal education, Grace has attained a prestigious Grade 8 in drumming. Alongside this, Grace continuously demonstrates a multidimensional skillset in all aspects of music - including a competency in acoustic guitar and bass. Live recording has always been a point of focus for Grace; she displays confidence in live recording, as well as setting studio spaces up and down.

Throughout her professional career, Grace has embarked on a number of creative endeavours. Grace was hired as a drummer at The Lighthouse Theatre, Poole, for a Junior production of Dahl’s Matilda. Grace sought to refine her skills at The Academy of Contemporary Music, London, where her talents were nurtured by industry professionals and fellow musicians alike. Grace has experience in working for bands and artists of all genres, and is currently resident drummer for indie/rock band Dancing With Shadows. The number of session recordings that Grace has been requested for is a testament to her professional nature and strong skillset.
